Crystal Fragment system

Crystal Fragments will be rewarded to a character if they participate in an arc. How many that are rewarded will very from arc to arc.
Now there are two things that one can do with Crystal Fragments. The first thing is they can apply one as a bonus stat point. All bonus stat points will be in Parentheses. Meaning that if you apply crystal fragments as stat points your stats will look like this.

Strength: ???+(?)=????
Speed: ???+(?)=????
Stamina: ???+(?)=????
Intelligence: ???+(?)=????
Perception: ???+(?)=????

Now one can also use crystal Fragments to purchase special commands, and can use the fragments to advance these commands. Later a Fragment command list stating what commands can purchased and the price of such will be made and posted. Some examples however to give one a bit of an idea though will be like Squalls Renzokuken, Clouds Omnislash, Lightnings Army of one. The idea will be that they are special commands derived form past Final Fantasy characters. Now if there is not a skill on the Fragment list that one would like to see on there simply put it in rp suggestions and one of the admins will take a look.
